Nathan Brown gone?

Not even 12 hours since the first post and he's already going to two different clubs in this thread. Maybe he's becoming a parking officer? Or a hot dog salesman?

Well he seems like a bit of a nut, so he's halfway there already.

I was thinking along the same lines

Similar build , the attitude , aggression & the lunacy !

I am a bit sad about this, I liked his mongrel but others have obviously had a lot more to do with him and see him as expendable.

I have heard he might be a swap with Leeson Ah Mau.

IMO coaches are looking for forwards that can put big minutes in a big motor is one thing a foward has to have in the modern game ..I never ever thought Brown had this attribute as with Galloway he is in the same boat but alas the big thing with him is his salary unfortunately.

Bit of a shame if true. Think he definitely had potential but happy to back staff decision if deemed still behind the likes of Buchanan et al.

IF he is going then I hope he kicks on somewhere else.
Always liked him & thought he was in for a good year this year with him really hitting his straps next year

Im a big Nathan Brown fan. I love players with mongrel. Yet, prop forward is one position we are, finally, well stocked in. Backrowers is what we now need. Who would have thought 3 years ago that we would have too many props and not enough backrowers.

Leeson Au Mau?
That seems like an odd swap….

Not really AuMau is a backrower who was going to play prop at saints due to their lack of props,we need backrowers.

How the hell is he supposed to have that attribute when his top grade development really hasnt even begun yet?
This sort of thing take time, experience.

I have no issue if Brown leaves. There are a few ahead of him including Dallas Graham plus there are a couple of handy props in NYC this year. Good luck to him.

The timing seems odd to me. A week before the first game after he's trained with us all off season? If true, there must be a back story. I can't believe it's just depth.

Definitely gone. Commented on a post on Akauola's Instagram saying "gonna miss you and all the boys," Sita replied saying keep in touch and Kurtis Rowe commented saying he'll miss him too. No idea where he's off to but he is going.
