Nathan Brown - Knights Long Term Plan

It takes time to develop a team and many things can impact on the success or otherwise of that team that the coach can not control like roster and injuries.
Just look at Parra and Raiders. Everyone was baying for Stuart's head but he wasn't sacked and now look where they are. Parra wasn't flash for a few seasons either.
Bennett wasn't able to do much with Newcastle and look where Souths are. And so on it goes. Many factors involved in winning, not just the coaching. That's why a coach should be given every opportunity to prove himself. If a coach is truly no good it will be leaked sooner or later by the players themselves anyway.

At this point in time, I honestly feel that Brad Arthur is close to coach of the year. He still has Parra competing if not winning even through all the crap they've gone through this season.

Nathan Brown has no other option but this plan to bring on his youngsters….

No Tier1 player wants to play in Newcastle; Nathan Brown is an unproven NRL coach; why would any top shelf player want to go there...ask Hodkinson if his move was the right one....

Yeah Arthur or Neil Henry at this stage CB

Then again if a certain coach can get us through this dilemma we currently face and get us to the semis he must come into calculations as well

Yep,Parra. & Titans are going well,Henry must be Fav. thou.,great Team performances considering the roster. Flop must be Griffin, they may click in the run to the Semi's but so far they look disjointed with Soward taking the fall for some bad Team performances.

Titans are overachieving, Henry is proving that he can coach, in fact one of those coaches who does better with kids and a smattering of experience rather than a star studded side like the Cowboys.

Arthur has to be my pick though. Before their points were stripped they well in the eight and they are still challenging sides. Were all over Penrith last week and tripped at the line, and took it to the Sharks a couple of weeks back as well. He has had to contend with so much crap this year and still gets his team to perform.

We have a spat between a player and a coach and the team goes to water.
