National Prawn Day - 15 March

This is a *day* I didn't know about. I will definitely be celebrating it every year from🦐🦐🥂🍾
 
Damn, how did i miss that!! I must eat about 3-4 kilos of peeled prawns a week. My protein levels are off the charts, so is my magnesium levels lol. Prawns, steak, milk, bananas, berries and eggs is pretty much my entire food intake.

The humble prawn diet cured (under control) me of diabetes, 9% Hba1c to regularly below 5% in my ongoing blood tests. No meds, just prawns, eggs and 90mins of exercise a day.

All hail the prawn! 🫡
