Yes happy tiger they are a new feeder team for the Cowboys,playing out of Townsville.
The Blackhawks are trained by Kris Woolf former Under 20 Cowboy coach,(He got the U20 into the GF 2 or 3 years ago).Neville Costigan from what I heard tonight can't play NRL because of his Contract in England and that club agreed to his early release as long as he didn't play NRL for 1 year but is ok to play Qld Cup.
This makes the Cowboys having 3 feeder teams
Does this make the Cowboys look strong ? on paper yes..

I reckon he would be a solid buy if the club got him. He would bring a lot of experience to the club as the bloke has achieved nearly everything the game has to offer.

He would also add aggression and solid defence to the our pack, which can only be good. If we could get him on a two year contract in the vicinity of $175K to $200K I reckon it would be a steal!

I suggested the club should look at signing him a month ago and got hounded down on this forum.
If he signed for a second tier club why would you pay $175-$200k a year???????
