So another year with a great start,playing on emotion,when we are at our best,but having a lop sided balanced team,with some players who are reserve grade good players
but can’t bring first grade performance week in and week out,and then a lot of young players who should be honeing there skills and performance in reserve grade,but are thrown in the deep end because we blood them too early,pay overs for all our good first graders,but don’t give them any balanced support.there a few blokes on big money but don’t deliver,when a lot of other teams put in more week in week out.we might have to be more ruthless in our recruitment and just simply get more triers in our squad of first grade experience
