New jerseys confirmed, Harry is back!

Ok, like everyone else I'm not a fan of this new jersey so I thought I'd have a crack at designing our jersey…


These are absolutely brilliant.

I would be proud to weqar any one of those jumpers.

Sooooooooo much better/cooler/funkier than those awful things the x blades have done.

Please someone of note take note.

Probably been mentioned already but theyre almost a replica template of the new official Knights & Sharks jerseys which are x blades too

Wld - well done, the only comment I could make is to put the angled strips on the sides at the same tilt angle as the main double v on the chest.

the stripes on the side would go too far in though, especially the bottom one

I think the "proposed" 2011 jerseys look great …..... fully endorse them for next season and congratulate WT marketing on the design.

see what knuckles is saying, "proposed". maybe it was leaked on purpose to see what the fans think. they might change it now that they know the majority hate it.

its like when there are political polls. they have those polls to see the people's reactions to things that the government does.

Wow thanks guys for all the positive responses to my design I didn't expect that.. I have another design that I may put up later but judging by Kul's last post we won't be changing our design for the next 2 years so probably no point..

I agree with some of the previous posts that the club needs to talk to the supporters more about what they want in a jersey and possibly run online polls (on this forum) and competitions like other clubs do to design your club jersey.

If you want these made as a supporters jersey let me know as that's what I do. I doubt the club would let us use the Wests Tigers logo.. It would be good to get our own sponsor on board also to make it cheaper.
What are peoples thoughts on this? I don't want to take jersey sales away from the club though.

I have seen the 'leaked' 2011 Wests Tigers jerseys online, and wish to inform you that if these are indeed the jerseys for 2011, I will not be purchasing one. This is dissapointing as I was hoping to buy a new jersey during the off-season. Why does the club not put a series of jersey designs up for the so-called 'valued' members to vote on? After all, members will be around long after those in the clubs marketing department have left the scene. Even amateur designers on the unofficial Wests Tigers fan forum have come up with designs that look far better and are much more well-recieved than the X-Blades templated designs. Even though the design sucks, I hope it doesn't affect sales because the club would no doubt have factored in projected sales for their budgets. Hate to see those budgets not met.
