The site is great as it is but here's a couple of ideas.

I know if the Roarcast was available in MP3 format I would give it a go. I personally dont use ITunes.
A forum player of the year ladder or something to show it graphically.
A weather forecast graphic for the location of the next game.
An online calendar with upcoming games.
A links page with every resource a WT fan would need would get the traffic coming to WTF first as opposed to NRL.com for instance.
