Making the semis isn't the line in the sand for success for me.

It's simply did we compete and give as good as we could this season or was it a season of what it's like 2019.


Losses against the dogs, eels, Panthers. Theres 10 points given away there.

Definitely strange to still be alive. Wouldn't surprise if the Dragons get us but we sneak under the Gallen rubbish and beat the Sharks at Lilyfield Rectangle. Would be great to get in on the back of three in a row though and play Parra ( 5 v 8 ) at 'Our Jungle' in Week 1!

Just did the ladder predictor thingo and we made it...... yay..

We will be playing Parra at Bankwest 1st week of the finals..

My question is ..Is it's Parra's home ground or Our Fortress for this game..

It is still possible that we only win 1 game and the Broncos lose to the Raiders and Dogs we still make it. I’m counting on us finishing 9th though.

Yes that is theoretically possible as long as the panthers or knights don't win both games. Interestingly only one of them can do that as they play each other in the last round.

Ok, the stress is real!

Everytime I watch the Tigers, they seem to lose or win, but only just.
It hurts me to know that after Sunday our season could be over. Last week, I didn't watch the game and we put 40+ points on the Knights.

Eels- Please put 50+ points on the Broncos
Roosters- Make Ivan Cleary want to retire from coaching
If Eels and Roosters win convincingly, we can be up to 8th.

I’ll give you the best chance possible about this week .... will not watch it ..... I’m a Jinx .... just about every time I watch their game live it turns out into disaster.
To top it off I turned on the cricket the other night just as England lost the 9th wicket and guess what .... I’m still trying to recover from that debacle!
Stay away from me people .... I’m a bloody walking Jinx.
Should start following the Roosters .... hopefully it might rub off ?

How do you distinguish between the live games you watch and we win, vs the ones you watch and we lose? What tips it one way or the other?

Ahhh @momo_amp_medo: I watch every game hoping, but not expecting Wests Tigers to win. That way you don't leave yourself open to a big let down if we don't win
However, on the way to us not winning which is usually fairly early in the game, I do let out a few/quite a few/lots of naughty words, so much so my wife gets the you know what's and either tells me to shut up or walks out and doesn't speak to me for about 6 days ie just before the 'next' Wests Tigers game, so we don't do a lot of talkin over winter usually. Think of the euphoric rush you will miss when we win.
I promise I won't blame you if we do lose, ok. Have a great day mate :relaxed:

Yeah .... my dear old boss sits up in bed reading her lovely books and cops all the language flying around downstairs ....
Been noticing lately that she has been fitting in some of those terms into her conversation with me from time to time. Remarkable .... at her age!
