The singlet is the one I saw them wearing on the news last night

What a great design! It's got to be one of the first jerseys where each side of the joint venture will see their predominant colour first. Kinda like the old woman, young lady illusion

So this is just the training gear?? I'd hate it to be our matchday jerseys.

of course its just the training the official gear is the same as last yr and would have the NRL logo on it if it was

The training singlets don't look too bad. But the training shirts are horrible. I much prefer this years to be honest.

Gee the polo shirt is garbage
Always prefer the polos with a majority of white in them and wear them to golf as they are nice and cool (and it really pisses the 2 Saints guys I play with )

Yeah not a fan of the polo shirt either Happy, it's pretty plain.

I hope who was in charge of designing it missed out on their Xmas bonus this year.

Yep If I ever became CEO the first position \person I would be hiring would Craegus He is a gem with his designs and I reckon our jersey and polo sales would double overnight

I wouldNEVER buy something like that. If that is next years jersey, then that's a complete joke. The team would win a few games because the opposition would be too busy laughing their heads off

I know the thread title says 'jersey', but its pretty clear theyre training gear…already been pointed out once.

The design of the training shirts should look a lot better once they have mud, dirt and grass stains on them.

No Thank you Craegus
I reckon you should send your designs and ideas to the club and all sports wear design groups as well and tell them your looking for work mate You can't let talent like that go to waste brother

Those training tops look better than the 2011 jerseys.

It's not hard Staks
But yes, those training tops would make much better jerseys than our current designs

Simple, neat, clearly defined as White, Black and Gold… it's hard to believe how it all went so terribly wrong :frowning:

Only good thing about the training gear is the simple and neatness, the asymmetrical use of the colours is pretty meh.

Simple and symmetrical.

Marketers to increase jersey sales can firstly price them appropriately, then decide upon hoops for 3 years then a equally sized double v and then an unequally sized double v and then to a chest band, then back to hoops - with the alternate jersey going the reverse

Jerseys this year, in my opinion are fine. I enjoy the design of them both and like the fact they are original and unlike most jerseys out there - the only similarity to others being the main jersey with the V shape, with variation.

This years training gear looks simple. That's all that can be said for it. It's just simple.

Speaking of changing jerseys, if we were to change from our current designs to something like our new training gear, would be a change for the worse.

Here here. I like these alot and will be buying the singlet for sure as soon as I get tips from Gobbs about turning my toothpick arms into guns .

But unfortunately there are some at WT who were not too happy when they saw these training shirts when they were delivered apparently. If you get where im coming from.

Not intending to hijack the thread, but where is Gobbs? Haven't seen him for ages…
