Next year will you .......

So many of us are planning not to renew memberships, but will you go to the games. In protest what other plans do you have.
For me there will be no membership. I might go see some games, only if effort is shown and changes for the better take place. As for merchandise, even this years disappointment has seen me hold onto my money. I've only got a hat and that was for my birthday.

I will likely get to the 5 or 6 home games I usually get to…..IF, if a change in the coaching scene eventuates it may spark my enthusiasm to get to more....play it by ear
Cant take more of the same garbage, cant take non effort...cant cop a lack of pride ...a turn up when we feel like it attitude

Like many on here, I would definitely call myself a Tigers tragic. I went to every game this year, been to Auckland twice and everywhere in between. But with all the poor management going on at the moment, 2013 is looking pretty bleak in my eyes. It's the first time I've ever felt so unenthusiastic about an off season. Nothing really has me excited if Sheens sticks around. If we get a new coach, I'm sure I'll be back to my usual self!

In China for next year but even if i was back home i wouldnt go. Why turn up and pay cash when my team getting paid a tun of cash doesnt turn up?. Pretty simple decision really. They didnt respect the fans at all this year. They dont deserve my respect next year.

Will defiantly renew my membership and will defiantly go to as many if not more games. I am not a fair weather supporter or bandwagoner. If you are and as such won't be renewing or going then that's your call. Do I think sheens should be coach next yr - if he was off contract then no but as it is best not too pay him out and waste money that could be used to make us better especially given we aren't that well funded. Am I excited by our players for next yr of course great juniors coming through, some really good signings, and we still have 2 of the top ten players in the comp in benji and Robbie and of we keep those 2 on the field we will be in the finals

Honestly don't know yet. If I don't renew, I will certainly try to get to as many games as I can, money is tight, don't feel like forking out huge money (4 memberships) to watch the crap that was dished up on a weekly basis.

But I do know that the players are tweeting urging people to re new…......with hash tag itsmylife

fast forward to next years off season I can see this bloke saying the same thing…....." next year....blah blah blah" Hear it every year. I think the fair weather supporters jumped ship back in 2009 mate, 4 years of rubbish would of cut out most of those supporters from the 2005 grand final. As for bandwagoners..... huh?? what bandwagon? you have to be a little bit successful in recent years to have a band wagon. You're saying everyone wanted to jump on a wagon that consistently finishes out of the 8? 3 times in 13 years isnt exactly something to brag about. Winning the comp once in 13 years also isnt something to brag about when its a 16 horse race. It was back in 2005 but now 7 years later and just 2 top 8 finishes, not so much.

the real problem is now the passionate supporters that have supported this team (through both sides of the merger and coming through tuff times from both sides of the venture) are getting fed up with the way this club run at the moment. Its not the so called "fair weather supporters" or the laughable suggestion of bandwagoners jumping ship, its the fact the hard core fans are starting to send ripples.

Perfectly put Reyre2000.

The people who are upset are the ones who are dedicated members and fans who spend winter after winter following this club around and supporting them - some times at great sacrifice. As a whole, the past 7 years have been unsatisfactory. We win the comp in amazing circumstances and then…..nothing. We build a roster that would be the envy of many clubs and they produce very little. We are the ones who sit in the rain and freezing winds to watch a side chock full of talent who barely have a go and then act like nothing is wrong when they are flogged. We are the ones they lie to week after week through every concievable medium. I heard a stat tonight that the Canberra Raiders havent missed the finals 2 years in a row since 1986\. Most years we beat them. Most years we have a better side than them. Their players obviously have more pride in their jumper because at the very worst, they make the finals every second season.

Boonboon, your labelling of us as fair weather or bandwagoner fans is ridiculous. 2013 is already looking like a disaster. You need to wake up.

Too right stryker, us 'true supporters' as some would say are the real heart and soul of this team. People can crap on about a sub par lock and a high fiving winger being the soul of the club but the tiger spirit lies in us idiots that turn up weekend after weekend and watch this rabble go around. Ive supported this mongrel of a club through thick and thin. I get to as many games as possible and buy all the gear. I reckon from my end i put in a bigger dig then these prima donnas every year. Not that the club would ask, because frankly they dont care about their fans but for whatever my 2 bob is worth i reckon some of these blokes need to get off twitter, stop talking garbage in the rags and hit the tackling bag a bit more but at the end of the day what do i know? im just a little person beneath the club and am never given a second thought…... is that a real fan? i forget what the latest spin is from the club these days.

I'll be renewing as I love the Tigers… Don't want to miss out on the Grand Final Ticket allocation to watch the Tigers win the Premiership!

And yes, I will say that again next year, and the year after as I support the Tigers in HOPE of winning the premiership every year.

I know the club can't "listen" to supporters opinions but I hope someone from the management has had a look at the disgust many WT's fans and members feel right now.

I've been there from the beginning…I usually love paying for my membership and getting ready for a new exciting year, this year I'm thinking...what else could I do with that $400!

Oh and for the record it has nothing to do with not winning games…it's an attitude issue from the players, coaching staff and management.

How many is 'many', or is just a few?
