Do we turn it into a reality show with the whole team living in the same house? Is there a video diary room where they can [This word has been automatically removed] to the camera? Do we vote for the entire starting 17 every week or are we voting to drop particular players who performed badly?

Maybe we narrow the focus and base the show on our search for a halfback. We could have nationwide auditions, Australian Idol style. Every week the best contender will be sent out in the Tigers number 7 jumper and the viewers will SMS their votes during the game whether to sub them off. If you're still on the field after 80 minutes you get to start next week, with the next contestant waiting on the bench.
