Junior Roqica

Robert Lui
Sam Latu
Nu Akeripa
Beau Ryan

Josh Davis
Blake Lazarus

What would your squad be?

Edit: I have become aware that Matulino signed on with the Warriors for a further few years. So someone else to pump up the front row stocks.

Interesting team - may be relying too heavily on Jim Beam players, however as I have not seen them play I cannot comment.

Would love a Troy Thompson up front. Also interested in who is missing, Flanno, Fitzy, Brown, Tuiaki, Mullaney. Also who is backup hooker?

Looks ok. I'm hoping Tuiaki will be able to play right wing but I guess we will just wait and see what happens with him. Moors should be on that interchange. Also Daniela right centre if Ayshford doesn't improve!

I can't see players like Akeripa, Mataka, Davis etc etc, hanging around. They would be best served try to get another contract at a rival club or trying Super League for an opportunity. These blokes have being busting their arse's all year long, some for well over 2 years now and have never been considered or looked at as regular First Graders by Sheens. Coach Sheens can name a 25, 30, 40 man Squad. Everyone knows and acknowledges he's only going to utilise 20 odd players throughout a season. His loyalty to his core favourites and failure to reward players in the lower grades is deplorable.

Gower is gone folks, and I'd expect a few of the better State Cup players to move on too. Far too early to be predicting next year's lineup.

1.Mckinnon Mullaney

That Tongan sidestep of his is effective no matter which side of the field he is on

Would love a Troy Thompson up front. Also interested in who is missing, Flanno, Fitzy, Brown, Tuiaki, Mullaney. Also who is backup hooker?

Flanagan: I just don't rate. He would be a starting footballer except we have his positions well covered, he doesn't offer enough impact off the bench (none at all).

Fitzhenry: He is simply taking up a roster spot that a super talented younger player could usurp.

Brown: He could be good, and I may have been being harsh leaving him out, but if no other club wanted to do a player swap or buy his contract out I would throw him back to second tier and hook him up with a nice day job .

Tuiaki: Not top 30 until he is confirmed to be 100%, if another club offers him more than match payments then I would have to admit I would let him go.

Mullaney: Can't keep every youngster, Meaney is a better goal kicker and a better build for top grade. Mullaney could be anything though and he's another I would be cut to see go. Hard decisions though. I think that for the 13 players outside the squad a mixture of backs and forwards is necessary and as you can see, every player I've let go bar Flanagan and Tuiaki at a stretch are backs. I think it's time to let some of our lower grade forwards train with the top squad for the whole season, that means sacrificing some good young backs.

Back up hooker: Fulton for back up hooker, though as is always the case you can always just bring in someone from outside the top squad. It would be an interesting way to blood someone like Darren Nicholls imo.

Hard to say at this stage but hoping we make a few quality signings, also I think Murdoch should be in the squad for sure.. A future star.

Yeah Meaney is a good enough player for some team to offer a first grade spot too. At the very least he would be a star in super league.
