As the new boys on the scene I’d expect that’s exactly how they would go about it.
It’s hard to find your voice when you join a Roosters, Penrith, Melbourne…when you join the Wests Tigers, you are the voice.

Enough is enough. Brooks just has to go. He is lacking in every aspect of what should be in a halfback's armoury. Can't pass, can't organise, can't grubber kick and can't read the game. Any alternative would be an improvement. As I've said ad nauseum, he needs to have a long (perhaps permanent) spell in KOE Cup because, besides looking completely incompetent, his confidence appears to be completely shot.

Brooks best attribute is;
He isn't contracted any further than this year.

On the contrary, it is because we have better players that it is even more disappointing. The thorn in our side remains though. Nothing will change until the club decides to turn a new leaf.
I would be less frustrated if we lost with a different halfback.

But anyway, he literally couldn’t be any worse. Because that is impossible.
Isnt it funny how some on here told us no end that Brooks is a great halfback,he is humble,he will win us games with a better pack of forwards because he hasnt had one for years,Madge has to go because the team arent winning despite taking the job on with limited cap and previous coaches highly paid recruits....we needed change and Sheens Benji and Farah gave the club glory they know how to win...

Anybody who understands footy could clearly see Brooks problem weren't with the pack.
What does a good pack determine? Field position. It just means you get more opportunities in attacking zones.
In years prior we'd have 5 or 6 good chances on our opponents line. Brooks never delivered. Why would he suddenly start delivering if he had 10 or 12 chances now?
If anything, a poor pack is the only reason why Brooks has lasted so long. People could keep believing fairytales about him being talented and there being some mythical great player in that body while blaming everyone else. Now that we've got one of the best packs in the league who are making metres and winning the field position battle, it's as obvious as ever that he's the worst halfback in the league and arguably the worst player of all.

When Bateman and wakeham made that play in the 2nd half. I was wondering where brooks was. He was near the halfway line. The half in an attacking play was 30 metres back.
Plenty of his fanboys were always saying that ain't so.

I see it completely different, I'm only peed off because our club is persisting with Brooks. Had we had a regular organising fifth tackle kicking halfback with Wakeham or Douhi we could be 4 - 0 now.
We have not faced a team who has really dominated our pack. We are in the fight all the way. We just need a pair of halves who can think on their feet and guide the team around.

Look at the tries we have scored this season, our forwards are all more creative (passing, running and kicking) than our clueless, incompetent, timid and protected halfback, despite constant bullet passes to the head and hospital passes from said halfback. Stick a 7 on Twal's back, our attack would be no more putrid but our defence would improve. Alternatively, play a witches hat at 7 and our handling will also improve.
