Did both assistant coaches get flicked with Madge?? Or did they walk in support for Madge. Also who was the guy behind Farah in the box, looked slim, had glasses on.

Please dont get me wrong for 1 second as I am certain both these blokes are outstanding examples of what a decent bloke should be....but imo 🤔 that presser was pathetic.
I feel Noddy hasn't got a clue about how to get the best out of our blokes and it seemed to me from the look on Tamou's face most of the time that 'he knows' Noddy hasn't got a clue.
Noddy could be great to continue in our 'new and exciting' Pathways System, but that's all folks.
🤔 Noddy is just Sheens's temporary stooge [as mentioned by a previous poster 👍] and I feel Noddy already knows that.
Sheens was in the Coaches Box yesterday as was Farah.
Where was Madge's Assistant coach Ben Gardiner?
I havent seen the game but from reports it 'seems' Farah has now got the gig while our seemingly ex-assistant coach carries the water bottle onto the field.
🤔 Noddy doesn't have the personality to be a 1st grade coach and 🤔 Tamou knows it.
Tamou mentioned the team's lack of mental toughness.
Madge worked his butt off to instill mental 💪 in our blokes and I believe it was rite that he did.
To balance out Madge's mental toughness approach 🤔 it was up Ben Gardiner to hand out the 🥰 🤗 and participation 🏆.
Nathan Cayless was our D coach and he had them working pretty well, they were just starting to get the hang of the mental 💪 needed combined with the technique.

In the 'after the Madge Termination' presser Sheens appeared to me to be very cold and callous towards Madge and he has gone ⏬ in my estimation of him.

It appears there is a big push to get Cameron Ciraldo as Our next
[development 😏] Coach and if that happens I will back him 💯 but....I'm 🤔 that 5 years is the way to go as it 'could' end in 🗡️🗡️🗡️ 🔙 😢 as per Madge.
I dont feel it will end that way.... but it could.
As the old saying says....black white and gold will never fold.

Sheens is the puppet master.
Noddy is a puppet coach. Don't be fooled thinking Noddy is making the decisions.

People have said that Sheens has stayed out of the box till that game.
He gave Madge pretty free reign.

I think he is going to be a little more "hands on" with Kimmorley and I think Kimmorley will need it. It's always person dynamics but I reckon Sheens would have blocked Noddy if they did not get on.

I still don't get why noddy. As a player he wasn't a tactician, he had ability and that SOO game showed he had drive. When NZ hired Stacey Jones he basically said he was going to get the squad to "harden up". IMHO everything he said to me reflected back on us.

Meh, I could see Kimmorley going in as an attack coach and doing better then Madge at that role. I expect Zero improvement in Defense, hoping though Kimmorley improves our energy and dumps players that don't try (or get a few firing).
