Nofa stood down from Leadership Group

Obviously Madge isn't doing a good job but far out, Tigers players absolutely LOVE pointing the fingers at other people instead of taking accountability for their bad performances. Been that way for a long time

Madge is right saying he needs blokes who take accountability for their games playing for Tigers

The post match comment was a disgrace and if he wants to further alienate and demotivate his players that was the comment to do it.

The multiple sources comment is interesting.

In any job, if you do not perform you go thru a process and you're out. The only difference here is that all employees are on contracts. Including the Coach.
From my perspective, if we sack another Coach, we will only have unemployed Coaches apply. They are unemployed because they got sacked. Win Lose or Draw we must let Madge see out his Contract, otherwise we will never attract a decent Coach again. We will end up paying big bucks for a Coach that didn't make it in his last job.
A good Coach, wont come to a Club where failure by the players, means he is automatically at risk.
If we have players who earn more than $100k and some on nearly a million, decide to pack it in and teach the Coach a lesson, then I say, see you latter to the players. You cant have the lunatics running the asylum.

"Poor form on Nofoaluma’s part. Defend yourself yes, but don’t do it by pointing the finger at others.
Interesting to see how the team and coach responds to this. Might just shake things up a bit." Quoting myself from the Noffa thread.

It’s true what Madge said …
It’s not girl guides!

As far as Nofoaluma goes … Rock up to training hungover then go home early is a poor attitude..

So then he gets demoted and now he’s sooking and throwing his so called mates A & B under the bus …

Not what men do !

Would this mean he broke the wts bubble? Surely there are people at the wedding not part of the bubble?

It was before the bubble.

Still a moron.

Okay let’s dismiss the fact that he was the ONLY other player there

I know he’s close with Lees oldest due to cancer visits and yet the major sponsor (and board member) encourages him to stay on the piss, and in spite of knowledge that they do actually train Monday’s?

That doesn’t sound like fostering a professional and healthy culture especially as it was months ago; dragging on

Incompetence from the top down.

It happens in politics when the end of government is near.

Surprised Nofa didn't blame someone else for him being hungover, he loves pointing the finger

Punt him !

Told ya it was Nofo destabilising the squad off and on the field..

Remember the story last year a player complained about the training and madge said you have been here 8 years and never played finals? I think you may be right.

At least now we know why Lee insisted on signing Nofo for 4 years and why he thinks he’s untouchable. Can’t think of one good thing Lee has done for us ( apart from sponsorship).

Not what men do !

Any player, male or female, that plays sport at the highest level is tough. Being tough does not mean you have to be manly or a man. Many of the toughest people (and leaders) I have worked with are either women or softly spoken leaders
