Nofo & Simona

Nofo won't be there next week. Injured his arm/shoulder today and likely to miss some more football.

Damn that's not good news.

I agree Naiqama and Nofo partnered and potentially switching as it suits could be very potent.

It would be nice to have more than just Tedesco to compete for attacking high balls.

Not to mention some pace round the outside.

Lawrence clearly had no idea, but I agree otherwise played an ok game.

We just need better if we can make it happen.

Had to laugh at the commentators saying Lawrences knee was lifted - pretty hard to avoid doing that when you jump!

but really Lawrences late hit is a result of his loss of athleticism and the inevitable decay of his game as he ages. Anyone who's played sport as they've moved into their 30s can attest to how you all of a sudden are a second or two slower than you used to be. At the elite level, with his injuries, even at his age, time catches up w you

30's….lol he is 26.

I know he's younger than 30… my point is that he plays like someone who has let age catch up w them, even at his relatively young age

krayola. Please excuse Milky. He's only young and doesn't always read posts correctly. I'm well over 30 and still play sport and know what you're talking about. Sometimes u have to use little tricks to get u around the field. Sometimes they don't come off.

It's time to move rowdy into the second row
He has the same build as a Ryan Hoffman/Luke Lewis type player and probably the same pace…he also runs good lines
This way we can put sue back to the bench...he is a much better tight forward and will add a lot of punch there

Really wanna see nofo back playing FG. Was probably my favourite player in our team last year

unfortunately nobody is worthy of dropping as of yet. Good headache to have I guess

That's our long-term centre pairing. I think Nofo will make an excellent centre in the mold of Dylan Walker. He is strong and has footwork and seems to be a very complete footballer when not injured.

I'm really excited to see him get back into first grade. He hasn't been fit since his rookie year and I can imagine him being a handful scooting out of dummy half after Woods and Co have bent the line back. He runs so low to the ground and has legs like tree trunks and as a centre he has more options to be the defence.

Lawrence will be our bench backrower/threequarter by mid-year pending a reasonable run with injuries. He is fit, tough and has an excellent tackling technique, just can't move sideways or jump. A move closer to the ruck will do wonders for his game.
