Nofo Unstoppable!

Okay, credit where credit's due - Nofo was outstanding last night. Deservedly criticized recently for poor reads in defense, frailty under the high ball and minimal impact when running, I thought he had his best game of the year last night. His charges out of our end were fantastic, he scored an excellent try and he was solid defensively, whether taking bombs or making his tackles. Once again, he looked like a quality first grade winger and we haven't said that for a while. On a side note, I thought Rankin was solid too.

Nofo is a bit like Manu Vatuvei. He can have the odd "oh-dear, woopsie" moment, but the metres he makes in difficult situations are invaluable.

Back end of the second half was brilliant…has mistakes in him if he could eliminate would have him up there with the better wingers in the comp....i still hold my breath when he's under a high ball...the forwards would appreciate his charges tho...

He seems to do more "dirty" yards when its counted than anybody else. Some of the hit ups he did where invaluable in getting out of the red zone.he can be dicey under the bomb but i can live with that

his hands can still be a concern, I think he still looks more of a centre than a winger, but in saying that he outplayed Mansour.

Great in attack. Targeted again with the high ball and for me he just scraped a pass in this respect. Teams know they can just kick it to him and there is a good chance they score.

Overall a good performance but not great.

Mansour was pretty good. He was probably Penrith's best.

He makes some really bruising runs. As does Ava and Sue. All three are still young and look like they have matured well this year.

A quality first grade performance which he will hopefully start to replicate week in week out.

To be fair he has had his share of injuries and would have only just ticked ovev50 games. Probably not until they play 100 that you should expect consistent performances. Looking at the guy and how he plays the game, the character is certainly there. I will be backing him in to be a longterm first grader for us.
