English model Jean Shrimpton arrived at Derby Day at Melbourne's Flemington racecourse in a miniskirt minus stockings, gloves and a hat!

She was the highest paid model in the world at the time and was paid an enormous £2,000 for her trip to Australia.

And these days we have the delightful Francesca Cumani continuing that trend. And she’s probably being paid £2000 a day !
