Seriously, I can't wait for the rest of this season, with all its unknowns, weird unfanned games at restricted venues with no lower grade matches, no byes, no state of origin disruptions, new rules, single refs ..... !!

What will unfold? Who will surprise? Nothing is ever as we imagine.

prehaps that bashing in rd 2 was whta we needed

we had a 'easy' draw to start off wth this year, and perhaps that bashing from the knights was to tell us ' Hey, wake up, toughen up and Perform!"

We’re only playing storm, roosters and raiders once to be fair. 10 games against last years top 8 though

Methinks Parra are the chosen ones this season.
The NRL are pretty good at getting their fairytales and don't mind manipulating a few things to help achieve that. Think Dragons '10, Bunnies '14 and Sharks '16.
Teams that haven't won a comp for decades.......a lil' helping hand from the powers that be.
Parra look to be the ones this year IMO.
