Dp u agree that the current scoring system is a little one dimensional compared to the tele.

The only thing I like out of the nrl one is the kick meteres.

The rest is oprdinary and makes it a vastly inerior system.

ie.....4 tackles is equal to a try.

Simon You are 100% correct about the scoring in Dreamteam, however having a full year under our belts in this comp will truly allow all US WTF (WestsTigereForum) nerds to compete on an equal level.

I am up for running a second team in the Super Coach comp in 2011\. If there are others then we can collectively make an informed decision as to were our allegiance should lie for 2012 and beyond.

if you make another comp in SC im in….i will play in both DT and SC... just to see which one i prefer...

Sounds good - Not sure if i like the Wild card thing. . It may lead to wholesale copying albeit with reduced funds.

I not sure if this is the best way to work out the top 16, there is strategy involved in winning the actual comps.

i can asure you the only reason the winner of the comps is not the top point scorer is because he strategised it that way. You'll never win the comps is you're only after overall points.

Anyway, it's all just fun.

That's definately true but that's what most of us agreed on earlier in the year. Most teams that are up the top of the overall scores ranking normally go fairly well in head to head.
