I think the Cows are a good example of what a team can achieve with the right coaching and application
Payten took a team of also fans in 21 to top 4 this year. Mainly built on the back of a revived defence.
It surely gives us hope for a similar result in 23.

You need to turn around your defence before worrying about improving the attack which is a worry going down the " Sheens" path. Teams that have made dramatic improvements on the ladder have also made dramatic improvements in their defensive stats.
