That whole scenario was ridiculous, Graham was challenging the penalty and the dufus in the middle just says play on when all the Sharks players had stopped because of the captain’s challenge! Grossly unfair, tap should’ve been pulled back like they do just about every other time when a player tries to take a quick tap. Bloody inconsistent depending on who they want to win.

It was an unchallengable penalty though, so it wasn't a challenge.

They didn’t know that when they challenged it though. That needed to be explained first then the tap taken so the Cronulla players at least had a chance to defend it instead of having their backs turned waiting for the ref to answer.
