I reckon JWH could throw them. But he has had his way intimidating opponents both with and outside the rules without consequence.
Hetherington stood up to him/Alpha maled him and he spat the dummy. Hopefully Packer follows this blueprint when we play them.

Interesting to see what that forearm guard thing he plays with is made of. He uses it as a forearm weapon carrying the ball and most certainly as a swinging arm in defence like he did once again today.
Wonder if the refs check it pre-game?
Heavy-duty plastic tape can be taped up tight and thick enough to create a bloody solid barrier.
