I remember end of 2024 last few games she was very good for us. Was wondering what happened to her this year but good to see she’ll be back for 2026. I know at least in athletics a lot of female athletes come back stronger post-baby so hopefully that’s the case for Rikeya 🤞.
 
Seems like the ladies game has taken a turn from a couple of experienced players and a team of kids / min experience to a team that will compete , lesson learned by club I would say , inexperience , pathways only won’t win comps yu need a strong mix of quality , I think we will see it this coming season , looking forward to them competing
 
Why is she free to join us as N injury replacement?! Was she injured last year? It just seems odd that a fringe rep player was just sitting around waiting for someone to offer her a contract.

You have to remember that nrlw starts much later than the men’s
Thought I heard early on teams were allowed to only sign a small number of players long term. Not sure if this was/is true though

Didn’t their women’s national side get lapped like 100-4 in Vegas last year?
