Hitchcox has some qualities about him. I'd love to see him rewarded with a first grade contract next year, he's had a good season.

Hope Vela is ok, he has had a horrendous run with injuries and deserves a chance to show us what he is capable of.

Wow , an awesome last second win by WT . How the hell Jy Hitchcox doesn't get a start in first grade with all our injuries in the backs …have him over Rowe any day .
I just don't know how we can be over our second their salary cap ...anyway
Next week will be Very critical game for the WT at Leichhardt against the in form Cutters , as the winner will most likely finish the season in 2nd spot a mile behind the benchmark team Penrith . Really can't see Fletcher"s team beating Illawarra next Saturday arvo , as the Cutters have been thrashing teams & haven't lost a game in 2 months since Rd 14 against Penrith.
Our team will have to finish the 3 remaining games strongly , as there is only 4points (30 points -26pts) between 2nd & 8th spots

Very proud watching that performance.
Zero members of the "first choice" starting spine played and they still showed the grit and courage required.
Santi was easily MOM. Brown was vocal and threw everything of himself into the game and that was really great to see.
Lovett adjusted to the centres by the second half and as usual Hitchcox was outstanding.
Massive wraps to the forward pack, weathered the storm and kept turning up for each other. Bullock was outstanding.
Refs were crap. Seemed to have a agenda. Constantly in Farlow's ear about nothing while ignoring a blatant trip and a NZ line offside for the majority of the second half.

I think there are better players. As a leader of men though, that is a different story.
Santi was rather ineffective in runs and tackling was poor at times. However he was always the guy putting his hand up. Sometimes it is about more than just the football I guess.
Anyone who does that is worth pursuing with because if the football gets anywhere near the attitude they will be a special player

How is Paul fletcher as a coach? He seems like the hard hitting type of coach where the players get scared of him.
When there is an injury in first grade, the state cup side inevitably gets affected and even through the injury list the last two seasons, he's had us in the top 4 all that time and even got balmain in the grand final in 2012 iirc.
I've always believe that a mark of a good coach is the difference between the first and second half performances.

Damn, regretting not tuning into the live online broadcast, I got scared off by the early score!, how was the support from Camden, did they draw a good crowd?.

Support was good.
I got there early and there were kids who had played that day genuinely excited to see the Wests Tigers players even warming up.
I would be happy for the club to play there non NRL aligned CSS games at Kirkham Oval as it does a far better job of engaging with the local junior league community
