Looks like it. Part of the reason for the stink was his failure to do anything about Canberra players coming over the top late in the tackles. And as I heard it the conversation after the binning went something like:

Ref: (to Raiders captain) Your players running in like that is unacceptable
Miller: Well how come only our player is being binned?
Ref: That's not your concern.

It was Koroibete… and it is very likely he'll be gone for a few weeks. That was ordinary.

Made worse by the fact the Raiders player got injured.

That's a nasty tackle by Koro. Ripped the raider around the neck and he was stetchered off. Looks like we'll suffer a couple of suspensions after this spiteful clash. Let's hope we hold onto the lead…

2 Canberra players in that set did exactly the same thing our winger was placed on report for. Hand over the shoulder around the neck. Another Raider hops over the tackled player and no penalty.
