NYC players that are still eligible next year

Wow I didn't realise nofoaluma could play again next year.

That team is scary good.

I wouldn't have brooks and Moses straight into the halves together. Mulcahy keeps his 5/8 spot and Rowe keeps the 1.

Sa fifita has huge wraps on him, very keen to see him in action.

I dont see how they will be able to hold back Moses and Brooks, they are the 2 best kids in their age group, they may move moses out of 6, but he will be in the starting team somewhere.
Maybe they will rotate a few players through the NSW cup to fit them all in.

You may be right here, I did hear that the club wanted to bring 5-6 of the SG Ball squad up together and this is why they weren't called up to the NYC squad this year. This may result in a couple of the NRL candidates starting the season in the State Cup team to help prepare them for the top team.

Any know if Siro is eligible?

Just hoping he could play here if we can't fit him into 1st grade somewhere..

Personally i think Tedesco will be eased back via the 20's next year for a month or so until he regains his confidence back. As by all reports, doing your ACL is at least a 12 month recovery process, he's got a long career in front of him & i will be surprised if he comes back into FG straight up. Will be a tough decision for Payten having to choose from Moses, Brooks & Mulchany to start the season in the halves, but he has proven that he will drop players that aren't performing.

He is eligible for next year.

I agree with Tedesco being eased back via the NYC and the same might apply to Sirro too.

Which unfortunately probably means starting with Moltzenat fullback. At least Potter might be able to coach him into being a better player in that position until Tedesco is good to go.

Agree Happy, but even though I am no Moltzen supporter I would be willing to see him running on the outside of a side-stepping Benji at 6, there would be some massive holes for him to take advantage of and he is a good support player for sure. Braith throwing some sweetly-timed cutouts as well and we will see some good times from Moltzen I reckon.

Moltzen was never a fullback, he was shoved in there through no fault of his own and now that Sheensy's blind faith is gone he will be a good player for us in 2013\. Him and Anasta will carve it up. Happy days are a'comin :sign:

Exactly i think Anasta will be a huge signing and we will always remember Sheens for signing him now we have ball players around both sides and a strong team for next year i cant wait.

To be honest next year I see our forwards getting dominated too much to do anything special but give it two or 3 years and I think we can really do some damage with our youth and some good coaching.

The thing about all these 20's players who have played first grade, ie Sironen, Tedesco, Groat, Koro etc, they all came into first grade after displaying good form in the 20s. If there's enough depth to allow them to play 20s, I say bring them back through there so they can first get some form and come in to first grade while playing with confidence. Then we'll see the best out of them.
