Wests Tigers NYC Holden Cup Coach Brett Kimmorley has named his side to take on the Newcastle Knights in their Round 23 clash on Saturday, August 15.

Kickoff for the match is scheduled for 10:30am at Campbelltown Sports Stadium as Wests Tigers look to keep their finals hopes alive with a much-needed two points.

After going down in heartbreaking fashion to the Canberra Raiders 36-34 on Monday night in the nation's capital, Kimmorley has named a near-identical side for Saturday's match, with the likes of Te Maire Martin, Junior Tatola and Matt Lodge all included.

However, after scoring what looked to be the equalising try on Monday, winger Tom Satterthwaite has been ruled out of the match with a knee injury in the only change.

He will be replaced on the wing by Jayden Wheelhouse.

28-10 after Newcastle score after throwing it off the ground…

The defence in this level is a joke.

No try penalty…

It's so strange how sides can just turn to water when they get in front at this level.

And the standard of refereeing is just as bad.

Benji's brother isn't much chop.

Yeah didn't chase the drop ball, pea heart.

I know we got a good lead with all possession, but they look poorly coached with little structure.

That call on the Knights passing the ball off the ground for a try was disgraceful.

Well what I did was I went and got a free trial of Foxtel Play and I will just cancel it after the day hahaha.

I'm glad they are scrapping NYC. It's got nothing. The good kids in this grade need to be playing with adults. It's just tries, drop balls and missed tackles.

Our forwarda dominated, Very good game by props Falice and Tatola, and Martin, Little passing game was excellent, good running game by Marshall-KIng.
Karwhin scored 2 tries, on two of his 3 touches, he has to run ball more.

Go Tigers
