I just noticed that were 8th on (28 pts) and they're 9th (27 pts)

Who ever wins gets 8th..

I thought the Tigers were right up there in the top four a little while back.

What happened??

Is this team any good??

The Tigers dropped out of the 8 a few weeks ago and only got back in on the back of 3 wins in a row. Since Mullaney was injured the team has really struggled to score points, with only a couple of games really opening up for them. For mine they seem to lack the big attacking plays when close to the opposition tryline. Mullaney is typically lethal in this area as he pounces on a lot of grubber kicks or is trailing a forward looking for an offload.

There's plenty of talent in the side, but the halfback position has been a problem all year IMO with Florimo and Ayoub failing to really impress.

Wests Tigers face a do or die battle against the Gold Coast Titans at Skilled Park Stadium this Friday night in round 26 of the Toyota Cup competition.

Heading into the final round, Wests Tigers sit in eighth place on 28 points with a points differential of +94.

The Titans sit in ninth place on 27 points with a points differential of -88.

A Wests Tigers victory and a loss by seventh placed Manly (30 points, + 17) to third placed Bulldogs will see Wests Tigers move into seventh place on the ladder.

A draw against the Titans will also secure Wests Tigers eighth place.

Gold Coast beat the Wests Tigers 24-18 at Campbelltown Stadium in round 18.

Gates open at Skilled Park at 5.15pm. Kick-off is 5.20pm.

That team named for the Tigers certainly has enough talent to win the game, but they're going to have to aim up in defence and play smartly this week.

Maybe a trip to the Footy acadamy for a few because many of these boys have no clue whats going on around them on the paddock .

Seeing Parata come off with a hip injury I thought our season was over at that moment
