What's the go with Buchanan? Seriously , brings absolutely nothing. We have nothing to lose so I don't know why we don't throw caution to the wind and try as many new/young blokes as the nrl will allow. There's a lot of strange things goin on there ATM. What about Santi? Seen him a few times and he seems a real goer to me. Much better than Buchanan. What happened to lodge? Thought he had some animal about him too,but he only got one go and then he was brushed. Somebody please explain.

I think Lodge is injured (surprise, surprise!). Gavet would've been there in place of Buchanan, of course, before his new stuff up. I guess Buchanan is the next cab off the rank - what can ya do?

Buchanan bas actually been quite impressive in state cup and NRL whenever called upon this year. No problems with gavet being dropped for him.

As for the backline, not sure why Sita isn't there instead of Corey.

We would need NRL allowances to promote more, we've already used our 2nd tier cap I believe?

Haha probably would have been less surprised at the beginning of the year, given its so in keeping with the last couple of years of injury runs.

It was only after the first 6 rounds it started to seem that change was possible. But that hope died soon enough!

I'm in the same boat as you mate. Ran out of transfers and I've already got guys like Fifita stuck on my bench so I can't afford to lose Woodsy too.
