I'm as filthy as the rest of you on here about the last few weeks events, however the whole circus around these mercenaries has taken all attention away from the season. I know it's a poor start but this early on with season tickets I'm not giving up nor waiting for 2018 just yet. What can we do in 2017 to at least be in the mix for 7th 8th on the ladder by September?

I personally haven't written off this season (but I don't expect much)…. I have seen a lot of improvement since the appointment of IC... Aslong as we continue to improve I'll be happy... I'm not overly fussed about winning aslong as their is improvement!

We need to start stringing wins together rather than stringing losses
As mentioned, the defence, right across the park needs to improve ( I cant see it happening overnight and as such have written '17 off)
How the team dynamic works for the rest of the year will be interesting and an extra issue Cleary doesnt need. Players that are leaving and those remaining….we are mentally weak on the park and given the contract negotiation circus weve seen some of our players are very mentally weak personally - so I wouldnt be surprised if things go downhill rapidly
Its not impossible as we know we can spring upsets here and there but as usual doing it consistently is our downfall....our deficiencies will take Cleary some time, he hasnt even got the players yet
