Nothing sneaky about that high shoot.

Don't need to go back that far to find a reason to beat the dogs.

Wasn't It Dib that said a few years back "well at least we are not as bad as the Tigers" or something to that effect

Yes it was - indicating we were a basketcase.

Peponis

Hated Terry Lamb but have moved that hate on to whoever hired him as our head coach. Guy was a bum.

Whoever hired him did not have the best interest of the joint venture at heart.

"The future of Des Hasler at Canterbury remains a delicate subject at Belmore but club statesman George Peponis does not believe the uncertainty about the coach will have a destabilising effect, quipping on Thursday: "We're not a Wests Tigers"."

Nope. …...You're a whole lot worse

Was only 2 years old when that happened but my dad often reminds when we play the bulldogs. Hes not a fan of lamb either as most posting on this topic aren't.

Lamb was a grub ..
Masterminded the Hopoate stink finger prostrate examinations!

I dont think he masterminded it…condone probably a better word

Bulldogs Jnr, Chester Hill I think, Wests gave him his chance and he pissed off asap

He was a Chester Hill junior, and he didn't piss off ASAP, he played 4 years and 88 first grade games, won the Dally M player of the year at Wests in 1983, he only left because Wests were getting kicked out of the comp.

This should be made into a banner for Friday night

That was the day I became a Balmain fan my brother 10 years older then me said I am going for the blue and white guys me a 7 year old said I will go for the orange guys.. and I said I like the black player the most he is fast… 5 mins later he was knocked out of the game after we had a great start to the game

I stayed a Balmain fan from that day on and still went on after the Merger 18 years ago to stick with the team.

89 gran final hurts ` million times worse though, and I hate Canberra more then Terry lamb because of it!
