Disagree with the conclusion.

I'm sure many will.

Neither Stadium Australia or the SFS are appropriate for our use.

In your opinion.

One of them we average less than a quarter of the capacity and the other is in the Eastern Suburbs. A side called Wests playing in the Eastern Suburbs is just stupid. I also don't see how that is any less the Roosters' stadium than Bankwest is Parramatta's.

Again in your opinion. Myself and others have a different view. Western Sydney Stadium is in the heart of Parramatta, the leagues club is right next door. Rugby Leagues fans from everywhere know it is Parramatta's home ground. You only need to walk up Church Street to know. SFS is in far more neutral territory as is Stadium Australia.

The SFS is in the Eastern Suburbs, don't let the name change fool you they are the Eastern Suburbs Roosters. Parramatta Leagues makes no difference as I don't go there. Though I'm at Panthers regularly.

I am actually hopeful the club will have a preferred venue in Parramatta soon.

Don't fool yourself, Western Sydney Stadium is Parramatta's home ground. There is no getting around it.

In your opinion lol

And everyone's in Parramatta as well.

I don't know about that

You need to walk around the suburb more.

I think we had a chance to stake out Bankwest as our home ground when it first opened. If we had have gone there full-time at the same time ad the squeals then it would be just accepted as home by now.
Nowhere feels like home to me.

The problem is there is no perfect solution, every stadium we have to make compromises and that leads to everyone having different preferences. Look at the differing opinions on here. I don't know but that is probably the same within the club and why they are stagnant on the matter.

That’s why we should just build something new , in association with say the bulls and maybe the dogs . Eg. Liverpool . Much like the COE it creates a refresh, and a way to build new memories . C town and the 8th wonder , bankwest , etc . Just have so many bad ones .

I just don't think that is viable, outside of the Liverpool option and I don't think the club is too keen on that.

Liverpool is nowhere near the COE or Wests Ashfield. Can't see it happening.

Stagnant describes this club perfectly.

I want us to make a decision, any decision and I will accept it, but will fight for my preferred option until the decision is made. Everyone should do the same, so I will disagree with you but encourage you to voice that opinion. By voicing that opinion, I don't mean just on here, make the club aware of your opinion.

Wow I said opinion a lot lol

Neither Stadium Australia or the SFS are appropriate for our use.

So you’re a die hard West’s Tigers supporter .. go to all the functions but want to play out of Parramatta Stadium
?
Righto ..

Parramatta Stadium got torn down.

I want to play at stadium that is appropriate for our needs, sadly there isn't one.

LO holds 20k not sure why the 9k yesterday I though football had no covid restrictions

There were more than 9k fans there yesterday. There were 9k on the hill

Nope. Definitely less than 10K in attendance yesterday.

Ahh well. No wonder the team didn’t turn up.

The whole day was a crock really. So much for a members day, Tommy day, sell out crowd. I feel cheated pretty much by the whole day really.

Marketing at its best

It was a small crowd but it had a great atmosphere until the game started.

Yes I’d agree the reggies was a good game.

2 mins into the main game. It was all over.

Should have done some face slapping as a tribute

The supporters definitely got a slap in the face.

That’s ridiculous really . It’s our catchment , it’s a new ground so no baggage , and it’s not that far really , from Ashfield concord . Plus it’s a hub for train lines . Also with the teams nearby , it could easily be sold to say the nsw government.
What are thier preferences Cochise ? Because the current model , is really really unsustainable. And I’m a Balmain roots , 8th wonder , supporter . But that ground needs to be against Souths once a year IMO. Much like the Stadium Australia , Easter clash against the eels .

There are a few things against Liverpool. It is not near the COE or Wests Ashfield. Also it would be a boutique stadium restricted to 20K capacity. That would place us at a great disadvantage against other teams with grounds with greater capacity. It would ensure Wests Tigers were only ever a second tier club.
