Origin Snubbing

I was hopeing we had farah and galloway in the side to learn from the experience and bring there game to another level….

I'm glad there are no tigers in SOO the team sticky picked will get towelled and for that its good no tigers are playing.

Is anyone really that surprised? Tigers and Bunnies players are rarely selected. You have more chance of getting a player selected in the Blues lineup if your team is running last! lol.

Galloway was our only real chance and he blew it last night. Although I am surprised that King got the nod over him, not Tolman. I thought the prop/bench postions were between Sauce, Snowden, Mannah, Tolman and TLL - didn't even think King was in the frame. No Idris, Watmough, Lewis (Aus Reps) and Hayne are the real surprises here. Hayne must now be blacklisted along with Farah, who will never play SOO again.

my team

1\. Dugan
2\. Morris
3\. Gasiner
4\. Idris ( Idris could go into the forwards)
5\. Uate
6\. Soward
7\. Mullen
8\. Tolman
9\. Ennis - hate to admit it but he is a better origin player
10\. Snowden
11\. Scott
12\. Lewis
13\. Gallen

14\. Bird
15\. Mannah
16\. Creagh
17\. Hayne - Can go centre when idris goes to the forwards, or just fill in the backs if there was an injury

Ennis has played four Origin games, please tell me what he has done besides give away crucial penalties and hide behind front rowers when fights break out?

This "Ennis is an Origin player" crap is utter garbage - makes my skin crawl just thinking about it. Ennis is the most overrated player in the game, how he continues to get selected astounds me.

Farah has not been at his best this year by his high standards, but he has still been better than that foreheadless coward.

All he does is catch and pass, while standing flatfooted at dummy half. No variety in his game, no variation, his service is slow and often throws hospital passes, his kicking game is utter shit and he misses way more tackles than most other hookers while making less. The guy is a MYTH.

Exactly, Hybrid! What makes his selection, again, even more astounding is that Farah had a really good combo with Pearce in City/Country - Pearce even said so, and the selectors claimed they were keen to have players who combined well together in the Blues team, so what happened to that idea???

It kinda shows that the City/Country is a waste of time really, they don't pay attention to it.

That's about the bones and crust about this entire hooking selection process. What is even comical about it all is now they want to pull out the "Ennis got picked because he's the form hooker." What about the last 2 seasons when Farah was all over Ennis with his form?? Apparently Ricky Stuart said he's going to personally call Robbie and explain to him why he didn't get picked. I think Ricky shouldn't call him, Bob Fulton should be the one who explains to Robbie. I bet he doesn't have a reason. This enitre NSW team and the selection process is nothing but a farce against all NSW fans. I've always said that Ricky Stuart cant coach, it's evident he cant pick a team either.

I don't think Farah can really complain. Yes he is a better player than Ennis but he has also had some shockers this year. Farah can win you a game but he can also lose it with the hog play. He still has that in him. I admit Ennis is no gun and I would have picked Robbie because it would give NSW a greater chance of winning but I can see why the selectors are scared to pick him.

Galloway is probably the unluckiest player we have. I think he deserves a least a bench spot.

Ennis has also had some crap games this year, did you watch him on Friday night?

The guy is a liability, pure and simple.

I will not support any team that this grub is playing in. Good luck to NSW but until they rid themselves of those maggots Bob Fulton and McCarthy nothing will change. Hope QLD belt them.

Yes i agree hybrid robbie played 1 bad game and got dropped and you just knew that in game 3 nsw were going to win and most of those players would get another crack in 2010 which they did but hes done nothing.

No kicking game no creativity around the ruck.

Surely robbie desrved another chance seen as though he was the best hooker in the game in 05 06 07 but had to wait for buderus.

Wasn't just the fact he played badly but he played injured as well . Still think they were annoyed about that also

Direct quote from Stuart regarding Ennis: ""Michael is consistently strong every week. I love that tough, competitive streak in him."

Fair dinkum. If that's the case then I'm a Bulldogs fan :frowning:

How the hell will we ever get a decent side picked with comments like this. Complete NFI.

the part that angers me the most is that our boys clearly did enough in city/country to be selected. after the game Fitler (who i personally think is a far better coach than stuart) even said he though robbie and dwyer had done enough, and having ben creagh on the bench is a joke hes been one of NSW best forwards the past 2 years and Beau Scott has done nothing.

Put it this way guys.

Our guys aren't in the team.

They can't get blamed when we lose.

therefore they can't be kept out of the team citing SOO failure.

therefore eventually the selectors will have no choice.
