I agree with everything said about Lawrence but how many centres are captains these days, Jamie Lyon anyone else in recent memory.Mal meninga, but the list aint that long.

Captaincies are more then just who is the best player, and who is in what position.

He is an 80min player, for me that is where the position discussion should end.
