Our Next Two Months

Lots of optimistic scenarios on here, but I prefer to start with our next game v Raiders. Can we put together another dominant display without falling back into old habits.
It will be a tough test , especially after their embarrassing defeat today.
Let’s win that and then worry about the game after, not talking about 6/7 out of the next 10 or whatever.
You know the old footy saying, don’t get ahead of yourself.
our forwards will roll up and bash that raiders pack
We will beat Canberra

If we can finish the year with 8 wins (leaving us with 22 points) then I think it will be a successful transition year. 9 or 10 wins would be above and beyond.

good point Joel, there was a lot of hype and build up last night.
Brooks 200, Toa 50, poor recent record at LO, issue with Cows game last year.
So now we have to recreate the type of football we played, into our normal game plan. Play with passion , but a different type of passion.
I just hope CS is nice and full coz I believe that there will be plenty of travelling Canberra fans,
Come on Tigers !

The only thing you should think about for the next 2 months is your next game. Each game has to be taken and prepared for one at a time, anything else is fraught with danger and a fall is probable because it's not as like out track record is good 3-8

Canberra will be the toughest out of the lot

Wighton and Papali purposely not playing origin to focus on the raiders and they’re playing red hot

Just glad it’s at Campbelltown

5 is probably a pass given our form, anything more is a bonus
Canberra got pumped today. Maybe before this week they were playing well, but today was another story.

Well Canberra regularly flog us.
Unkind types would suggest we are their bitches.
Should be plenty of motivation to do them like the Cows.

Tightest comp in years gives us a great chance to climb the ladder over the next 2 months if we keep playing like the cowboys game

  1. Bye
  2. vs Raiders home - Campbelltown
  3. vs Titans away
  4. vs Storm home - Campbelltown w/out Origin players
  5. Bye
  6. vs Cowboys away
  7. vs Sharks home - Commbank w/out Origin players
  8. vs Knights away
  9. vs Dragons away
  10. vs Souths home - Scully park, Tamworth
We are on 8 points as it stands. How many points do you guys realistically see us snagging from these games? If our form doesn't dip and we don't have any big injuries then we may possibly have a very exciting next 2 months.

Edit: Fox is saying that Nicho is 14th man for the Blues, Cook the only hooker meaning Api will still be playing for us. This means during the Storm game they will be missing Grant / Munster / Welch and Sharks will probably be missing Nicho. With that I think
Raiders - Winnable
Titans - Winnable
Storm - Win
Cowboys - Win
Sharks - Winnable
Knights - Winnable
Dragons - Winnable
Souths - We probably lose, but they might get burnt out during the origin period again. A big injury and then I think its winnable.

I would honestly say on current form, 4 is a pass. But honestly could see us getting 6 or 7.
Love your optimism......

They were ournbitches at One time.... A long time ago.... They couldn't beat us anywhere
Well that has certainly turned around……
Over the past decade our results against them are horrific, with a combined for and against of 167 to 461.
