Hi everyone,
Some people may remember a thread I started after our loss in the Final against St Geo Illa last year and how I lamented we played well but ultimately we played a slighly Saints style defensive game, nearly won but still lost.
After the loss to Canterbury in RD1,I feared that The coaching staff wanted to mould the team more stifled in nature.Thankfully though,Sheens reneged on that.
Last nights match is a reminder that with the way our team & club is we must always play an attacking style game with a lowish error count & decent defence. If our style brings errors & with it a worn defence that is the prce we must pay.
To see Souths fading from being run around after they tried to smash us before half time is the ultimate prize for our style.
For higher prizes,we have to play this style & play it right otherwise a more defensive style will get us to the semis and thats it.
