Packer

I was in the grandstand today loving his work. I watched every player look to him. When we left the field for half time many forwards walked towards him. It was like watching people check in and enjoy his affirmation. It was clear as daylight the pack follow him. What a legend!

Thanks for the insight.

I agree Packer is a natural leader. You can see it in the way the young guys interact with him.

Lawrence is great at communicating with the refs though.

Maybe cut the 6 to 2

You can see the entire team lift when he's in the team, what a stark contrast to our so called captain from last year.
Big Russ leads by example love his passion after the game he was going nuts.

Did we have a captain last year…..I thought he was only captain of his own destiny.....

Packer oozes leadership appeal.
We've missed him so much the past few weeks.

Woods wants a comeback?
Haaa yeah right, you can give packer a backrub when he's having a rest and tie his shoe laces for him pre game cos this guy is the real deal front row prototype.

Very debatable isnt it

**When we signed Packer I was thinking "Oh no, another Hopoate or something. Dumb move!"
But boy, has he proved me wrong! Not just a huge asset on the field but his studies, social work, family life - everything about him is a credit.
Saw on TV the other night that his little girl was a changing point. While he was in jail she asked if he'd come to her birthday party. Knocked him for six.**
