36-6 and the Panthers in all sorts of trouble on their home ground of all places.

NRL article saying the Sharks are searching for self-belief, I think they found it.

They have the Bronco's next week, should be a half decent game.

Two things here:

1\. Cronulla have obviously improved in defence and have a decent playmaking halves combo in Kelly and Graham. They're definitely improving on last week.
2\. Penrith are continuing on their slide late last year. They were largely under the radar for most of last year and they've been roundly found out.

Good to see tha Sharkies competitive, I always have a soft spot for them.

I think Jeremy Smith has been a godsend for Cronulla, he has taken a lot of responsibility off Gallen's shoulders. Kade Snowden has also stepped it up. They look a completely different side this year.

Penrith look like they could receive some wooden cuttlery.

Panthers will be hitting the tackling bags this week, but based on today's performance, they'll probably miss a few of them too… 43 missed tackles!

Yeah mate they are all playing well but tonight I thought Toupo was a man possesed.

Great back to back wins from the sharkies.

penrith are really dissapointing.

Penrith used to be a hard road trip . Now it seems to be a beach party . Sharks have a great forward pack and speed in backline . If they can pick up a good 6 or 7 next year they will be a genuine force

Apparently the sharks and Gold Coast are both chasing Benjamin Roberts from the Dogs, but they wont let him go until his contract expires until the end of the year, not sure why they would want him for anyhow??????

CANTERBURY have shut down any chance of Ben Roberts getting an NRL start elsewhere this season.

It's understood Gold Coast and Cronulla were keen to rescue the Kiwi international from NSW Cup purgatory behind new halves combo Kris Keating and Trent Hodkinson.

Roberts' manager fronted the Bulldogs earlier this week about the 25-year-old's first grade prospects.

While no release was requested, the club made it clear Roberts would be staying put after he sat out most of last season injured but on full pay.

Probably as back up in case Ennis Idris Morris Barba get picked for origin imo Roberts has played some outside back from time to time

Pretty shocked really… Dragons minor premiers last year last week, and not the team that came second this week.
