Parra vs manly

They played very well last night and manly only won cos they gifted them 2 tries.
We will need to be at our best to beat these guys. I reckon it will be another close nervous one.

that happens a fair bit after getting smacked, the following week the side either wins or has a much better game.

I'm glad that they lost in a close one and didn't get flogged again, I'd be more concerned about next week if that happened.

Really? I thought they were garbage last night. Their second half was one of the worst halves of football by a team this year. Jarryd Hayne is still under the illusion that he's a 5/8\. They handed Manly 2 tries on a platter. If we can't beat these gimps we're dead set kidding ourselves.

couldn't have said the last sentence better myself

They seem pretty disinterested at the moment but we have a bad habit of keeping bad teams interested enough to make things worrying at the death. They look reasonable at times but Manly were dreadful last night and they still got up. Their outside backs make poor reads at times and some of their forwards are very slow. Quick play-the-balls, good completion rates, and the rest will take care of itself. Shame Lawrence is injured because he'd carve up against their outside backs. Chris Hicks makes Wade McKinnon look good handling a grubber.

Lets hope they put two of last nights 2nd halfs togeter nex Sunday, opposed to two of last night first halves

Funny comp this is strting to become

I honestly think last nights game was all she wrote for Parramatta. They were brave in parts and broken in others. Too many pea sized hearts on that team.

If they had have won the game, it would be a different story, but the fact they self destructed SO badly i think is the nail in their coffin for this year, particularly after weeks of heartbreaking losses.

If we want to prove ourselves, we need to get like the Rabbitohs and start SMASHING teams. The Penrith game we fired some warning shots over the bow, with three missed ops for Utai, which would have padded the score out to 44-50 points to 18\. A completely different complexion when you look at it like that.

Three players need to be shut down IMO, and a couple need to be made disinterested.

Luke Burt, Matt Damon (Matt Keating) and Fui Fui need to be shut down - Burt can lift his team, and Keating has the potential to be sneaky around the ruck, where Fui just seems to love to play us no matter what.

Hayne and Hindmarsh don't need to be shut down as such, just need to be made "disinterested"

If we can score a cheap penalty off hindmarsh and push Haynes buttons, then roll some quick points on, we won't see much from those two, and in the case of Hayne, he'll start forcing passes, and generally getting the poos.

These guys are capable of beating us, however they are also capable of falling into a heap.

We have to make sure we play our own game, if they slow the ruck up too much and hold our blokes down, we'll get caught at playing the game at their pace than our own free flowing game

I hate Parra
