can't help but admire how this fellow has gone about his business this year.

looks every bit of an nrl footballer and is one of the leading pointscorers in the competition.

he left for England to work and travel with his partner and achieved success in the football he played. Some would argue that he left the nrl at the peak of his game.

it has now worked out well for Richards and the wests tigers. A good story.

Form is temporary, class is permanent,Patty was never gonna be a dud signing,it was just how good of a signing he was going to be.

What a champion he is. His stats at the moment have his leading try scorer with 4, his goal kicking is 13/16, the 3 missing have all hit the upright.

There is a coach in the English League who didn't rate Pat as a player in his first year at Wigan and I hoped that Pat would see that as a sign and return to the Tigers, Pat took it in his stride and at the end of the season the coach was gorn!.
Come 2007 he got a coach that recognised his talents and for the next 8 seasons Wigan were a dominate side with Pat giving them exceptional firepower, come 2014,10 years after Pat was a Premiership winner he made a homecoming, I was doubtful that Pat could have forced his way into the NRL squad considering that we had gun wingers and blow me down, he's keeping Korobeti in the Reggies.
Far farking out!, not even high tackles can faze him, even in a semi conscious state he still just misses his conversions and should have had a treble of tries but for the video refs!.
Brian Noble you are a @##$$ loser as a coach, just look at how your career has gone since then!.

He "ouzzes" winning.

He does indeed, MM. I can't believe it's been 9 years since he left us and he's playing just as well now as he did with us back then - incredible really.

If my maths is correct his last 20 games for the Wests Tigers = 16 Wins & 18 tries !!

No doubt in my mind that if he and Prince stayed on at least another comp would be ours.

The polish on this guy is sensational.

When I watch him play its like he is on another level to opposing backs.

The poise he brings to the team…...like they are meant to win.

I think that's called experience. In such a youthful club guys like patty are a key to wins and to point how we handle losses.

After all these years he has walked back into the team like he never left .
A true professional we are lucky to have to guide the young blokes.
