The recruitment at junior level - as in real juniors, Flegg level - appears to be rather good given their results this year. And we've done better with the level above that as well - the likes of Stefano, Laurie et al. We need to continue along both of these paths for obvious reasons, but it's an area that we seemingly forgot about under Mayer and co.
