Perry & Gallen = Fail for mine.

I wonder what Rothfields angle is in all of this

Agree. Perry hasn't done anything special for awhile and certainly nothing this season. Gallen gets through a heap of work but doesn't impress and has poor discipline. Rothfield had to pick someone from the Sharks though…

I like the back 1-5, plenty of pace and all are excellent finishers. I'd have Galloway starting with Weyman and some people may laugh, but at this stage I'd consider Gibbs for a bench spot. He offers excellent defense and I think Origin would suit him. If he can keep up his good form over the next few weeks, it may not be such a stretch pushing for him.

We really have a lack of props to choose from, Weyman aside. Galloway should walk into this side, and if he keeps his forum up, will probably start.

I mean Perry? White? Cross? FFS what a pathetic selection! I would probably have to even include Poore despite his mediocre form at Parra as there is just no-one else worth mentioning.

My team:

1\. Hayne
2\. B.Morris
3\. J.Morris
4\. Jennings or Tahu
5\. Lawrence
6\. Carney
7\. Pearce
8\. Weyman
9\. Farah
10\. Galloway
11\. Watmough
12\. Creagh
13\. O'Donnell

14\. Poore
15\. Learoyd-Larhs
16\. G.Stewart
17\. Luke Lewis or Greg Bird

Is Luke Douglas a NSW player?

If so he would surely have to be on the bench at least. Massive motor and plays at 100%, not a superstar but exactly part of the formula needed for a NSW pack to get over the top. For too many years we have caried guys like Laffranchi, O'Donnell and Gallen who will not guts it out when required and no props willing to take up the slack IMO

Luke Douglas is eligible for NSW, and would be a good choice. I also think Matt Prior would also go alright, but he's not really a true prop.

I picked Gallen and O'Donnell because I believe we need some bash capabilities in the forwards.

The back row is a tough one. Gallen has never performed in an Origin match for mine. He talks it up, talks about big hits and never delevers. He has bad reads and just makes dumb decisions.

LOD maybe. It depends on form as Creagh and Stewart are in form, hopefully TLL hits some form from next week on

Daley doesn't like Farah and I don't just mean as a footballer. I think he'll struggle to even nab the position, no chance at captain. I'd say the most likely turn of events is Gallen as lock and captain.

Daley is one of the reasons we've lost four straight series'. He also has a massive hard on for Ennis, it's sickening. What do you mean by "I don't just mean as a footballer?"

I know that Bellamy likes Farah and that should hold more water than Daley, hopefully.

Smeg, if Gidley is chosen at all it is an absolute joke, let alone captain!

Yeah, don't get me wrong, I've got no time for Daley at all. I've just heard that Daley doesn't like Farah as a bloke. Only from a person who coaches lower grades in the North Sydney junior leagues so might be meaningless. It sure seems like it when you hear Daley commentating though. Never gives Robbie the praise he deserves.

Would explain a few things. Hopefully Bellamy gets his way.

Yeah tell me about it. The only thing he's really good for is trying a ridiculous offload with 4 people on him that pops out forward. Gallen = dud.

Well done Mate

My whispered rumour is that Bellamy is p**s with Farah for going into round two with AN OBVIOUS injury.

Robbie was very poor in round 2\. What type of injury was he carrying into the game Simon?
