Better that Willow and I not stand near each other to magnify the oddity of our respective calves areas

Further info to my earlier post has me at about 187cm and guessing 88kg as have not seen a set of scales for a long time. Lightly muscular with natural chest/pecs that a lot can't achieve through the gym to go with my thin joints. Crook right shoulder along with bung left knee that leaves me with a slight limp. Scars on my left shoulder blade and hip from my own boat's propeller and ink free skin.

Brown eyes and hair that is starting to grey on the sideburns, having been mostly lighter coloured on my patchy beard area and chest for a few years now. Rarely clean shaven, having clipped my slightly gaunt face to a three day or so growth since about the time the Chisels were singing about it in Cheap Wine.

180cm quite freckley. Spend a lot of time in the water doing swim and surf training &"comps. Large shoulders (exaggerated by my pin-head) skinny legs (2016 goal to do more legs presses at the gym). ..also I don't have ear lobes..my ears just connect to my head without dangling down.

Skip the leg press and be a man….
SQUATS.

Try this;

SQUATS 4-5 sets - heavy as u can, drop set if u want but go all the way down.
No reps just do until faiure each set - you're the man now.

STRAIGHT / STIFF LEGGED DEAD LIFT ; Feel the burn in those glutes.
I like 4-5 sets because the bread and butter excercise is how you'll make most gains - the standard 3 x 10 rep thing is light weight / for women and children.

CALF RAISES - 4-5 SETS, BE A MAN AND PUMP IT OUT UNTIL FAILURE.

DUMBELL LUNGES - GO HEAVY.

Cool down with some GOBLET SQUATS - ALL THE WAY DOWN.

That's the basics there for ya to building some big legs.

By all means throw in your machine garbage like leg press, extensions and leg curls but if you really wanna pump em up, try what i recomended.

41 yo, 6'2" 115 kgs spend more time in the pub than in the gym. Hair growing everywhere except my head. It seems to be migrating south.
