Players I've Changed my view about/warmed to:
Matt Utai - proved me very wrong in terms of my initial thoughts on signing him, have since learned he's a real nice guy off the park. A hot head in his day, now a wise old hand.
Braith Anasta - Hate the guy on the field, however after seeing him in several media roles and on several talk shows, I don't mind the "off field" persona of Anasta.
Michael Ennis - He's a complete dick on the field no doubt about it - however off the field he apparently is one of the hardest working players in the game for charity, kids, etc - Props for that.
Anthony Watmough - Still a mug on the field at times (gotten better though) however much like Ennis his work off the field is brilliant, and he does the unfashionable things like feeding the homeless. Don't like they guy still, but warming to him.
Billy Slater - Has been and still is sometimes a total grub on the field - however the single redeeming moment in my eyes came from the same game as the Stewart/Blair Fight - where he cradled David Williams Neck and told him "It's all good mate" while waiting for the paramedics to arrive and untangle them.
Chris Sandow - I hated the guy 12 months ago - I thought he was an overrated show pony who was one day going to get his comeuppance. Now he's gone to Parramatta (thats his comeuppance!) and although Kearney has Blasted him recently, he looked to be trying really hard in an Eels side doing nothing for the first 5 rounds. No wonder in rounds 6 and 7 he's jaded and uninspiring - heck if I played for that mob, i'd probably be wanting to jump off a cliff as well. He's still a player I really don't like though.

Tahu…been a w@nker ever since he originally left Newcastle.
Ennis...conned the RL community into thinking he was a good player.
Lyon...non stop whinger + the way he carried on after leaving Parramatta.
Matai...cheap shot merchant who is about as tough as wet bog roll.
Luke...used to be one of my favourites, now the biggest dog in the game.
Personal note: Carney. Had many runins with this jerkoff. On the slurps he is one of the most punchable turds there is.

The reason why I don't like him is he is a diver, any slight touch on him after he kicks and he goes down and stays down until either the ref does something or it's obvious there will be no action taken. Generally he will roll around for a bit too.
Imo he is just as annoying as Greg Bird who always milks penalties in the play the ball by dropping it and whinging at the ref.
