PLODDER OF THE YEAR 2022

I don't know how you can come up with the biggest plodder when every player didn't support the player they were playing beside.
They were all guilty of plodding.

Yeh true, I'm sure hobbo has said punt the lot.
I'm eluding to the fact that all the players lack of effort rubs off on each other, it's toxic. I've seen players not on that list put in some crappy effortless performancesthis year. Simply put the side is obviously not NRL standard...... who's fault is that.
It has to be coaching and you can sugar coat it as much as you like but these players just can't match it with the good teams.
They beat a couple of top teams with real effort so why can't they produce that every week.
Answer is the roster and coaching imo.

I agree wholeheartedly with that, and attitudes can be changed. The simple fact is they really aren't good enough.
A top coach like bellyache could possibly motivate them but have they got the skill set and mongrel 🤔
In order for a team to develop you need at least 6 top players to set the right work ethics.
How many marquee players do we have in our side, 0.
So what do expect. Effort yes, results 🤔

Bellamy would weed all the pussies out and we’d be left with about 2 or 3 players

It’ll be 5 years until we’re competitive .
And when Madge was sacked sheens threw in the towel so why would the players give a rats ?

They all get paid quite well.
We just seem to have 17 hairdressers pretending to be footballers
 
Hobbo the only thing that will save us, no cap mess and the Sheens/Marshall experiment work to get a better roster, oh back on topic, Mangroves plodder award.

Then why didn’t sheens and Marshall take the reigns straight away ?
Why not start to implement there plans for next year this year ?
Why waste 12 rounds ?
