Melbourne Storm do not sign superstars - They develop them.
Roosters sign the best players from other teams.
I for one can see a very big difference in the two approaches.

Bellamy is right I can’t remember the last big name player they recruited. JAC, Koro, Curtis Scott, Slater, Cronk, Smith, NAS, Hoffman, Chambers, Vunivalu, Widdop, Bromwich, Kaufusi, Sika Manu, Blair, Brett White, Jeremy Smith, Inglis, Folau. The list goes on you have to respect greatness. They got done rotting the cap to retain their players not to poach other teams players. Bellamy is a gun.

Their cheating was just a means of retaining these players. Not saying it's right, but it shouldn't be a knock against the clubs ability to develop a player.
