Positives

It can only get better, or should I say, we cant get any worse.

Our muscle on the bench again proved themselves.

Moltzen has given Sheens no choice but to bring in Miller.

Using Dream Team points as a comparison to compare players (by no means is it taken as gospel), Moltzen got a score of 5\. The same score of 5 was given to Kurt Gidley who played all of 6 minutes last week. Sutton (the one who seems to be rocks a diamonds and in more cases than not its the former) got a score of 35 whilst being on the loosing side. His halves partner Reynolds, a rookie with 2 games under his belt, manages 52.

To me this highlights a very poor involvement rate. And looking at his stats, I can only see evidence of this.

3 hit ups for a total of 18m, coupled with 3 errors. That's a low involvement rate for any half, or any player for that matter.

Yeah, I think Sheens has no choice. Miller will actually get involved.

hard to find many on this performance but 1 win from 3 is the same as last year.lets hope we can repeat last years winning run but its hard to be optimistic.

that we can book a holiday for september/october and not be worried about football

I am going to remind you when we come good and start to mount our charge that you gave up on this side tonight - in round friggen 3!!!!!

Stryker, if you do remind me because we are in the semis, that will be great.
But have you honestly seen worse from our side ,and i dont mean in the bad old days in 03.Our forwards were pillows tonight, how can they improve on that ?There was no pride, and our forwards were not even prepared to back each other up when the going got tough.
Besides that . i can always cancel and rebook to another date if needed.
Our coaching style is stale , Tell me Stryker how will our forwards go when we play a tough side ?they turned it up against an average saints side .

The only positive I can see is that we are 1-2(and for that we can thank the refs!!!…lol) not 0-3(like we should be)...

Even the mighty Gus asked why was Benji running the ball up in our quarter? Ill tell you why because some of the pigs were that far back they were nearly sitting on the hill. That was one of our worst performances in a very long time, If you try & you get done fair enough but some of those players looked like they were in holiday mode, so i hope they toughen up or it is going to be a long season. And yes i will go and watch them against the Raiders.

Our season does not amount to a few poor games at the start of the year. The dragons played well and we struggled to contain morris who played the best game ive seen him play. Maybe coz his brother got the best of him last week.

There is alot of improvements, keys players returning, and the usual frustrating hot and cold thing in regards to how we play. I dont know how to fix it. I dont think anyone does. But. They will. Something will spark.

I saw only a few players give it their all. Beau, liam, ben all played like your suppose to play in first grade. If the whole team played with this attitude well skys the limit. Dont write us off just yet. Its early days.

Tell me this .why did we kick to Morris and Nightingale all night ? Both great at running the ballback at pace.Vidot is a reserve grader , yet we didnt even try to expose his weaknesses. We play it dumb .

We rarely target a weak opposition player.

Possible positive is that all four benchies should be fresh enough to play for BRET today

Probably some anti bacterial hand rub if he had to shake any Saints players hands

Lote and Ellis back for Round 4 (hopefully). Lawrence and Ayshford look like they are slowly on the return to form.

Today Lote said 2 weeks away

And in 2 weeks, he will say he will be back in 2 more weeks :unamused:

I think the backs defended well.
The funny man is having a great year so far
The forwards….... You would think after the second identical try, they would work it out.... Saints did!

Wests haven't got that spark/motivation yet. I'm sure it will come

Do they have a motivational coach? If they do, maybe a new one is needed.

If the review committee pick Farah up that that excellent tackle, I'd be totally pi$$ed off if saints two stiff arms dont
