More like some shoplifting to do, unless you know something about the WT player/financial situation that we don't.

Remind me, was it Foran or Cherry-Evans that the NRL was going to buy FOR the Gold Coast Titans? (I forget)

Next year is going to be a write off. The team will give their best but we just don't have the talent to compete with the best teams on a week in-week off basis.

After seeing the draw I can only see eight games that I could truthfully say are in our reach, unless there is a big improvement in our present players, and some surprises among the Newies
That could change according to developments between now andwhen the season starts.
 
Our pack will be demolished by the big time sides.

One out football will be another recipe for disaster.

Our rosters looks 15th-16th on paper anyway.

Not even Jesus Christ himself could do much as coach without some coin. I can't see anything but the spoon for the next two seasons and after that the club will probably be cactus which is something the league probably wants - relocation.
