Proud Member praises players
Meeting her favourite players to winning a signed team jersey – Monday proved to be a good night for Wests Tigers Member Kathy Ryan.
Kathy was just one of hundreds of Wests Tigers fans who jumped at the opportunity presented by the Club to meet the players at The Dam Hotel in Hamyln Terrace as part of their four day camp in Wyong.
The Gwandalan resident was very grateful for the experience. Kathy is a Wests Tigers Ultimate Silver Member for 2013.
“It is greatly appreciated the time the players gave mingling with the fans signing autographs and having photos taken,’’ Kathy said.
“These opportunities do not occur often on the Central Coast and there is a huge support for the Wests Tigers. You saw that with the sold out game at Bluetongue Stadium against Manly earlier this year.
“I just like to pass on a big thank you to the players who after such a tough training session happily gave so much of their time when they must have been feeling quite weary.
“It was also great to meet Coach Mick Potter who was happy to have a chat and photos with the supporters. I like to thank all involved at Wests Tigers for organising the event. I’m very much looking forward to the 2013 season.”
